We were told to keep Lila's leg elevated to minimize the swelling so that she could get a hard cast at the end of the week. How do you tell a 19 month old to relax, lie around, and watch lots of movies? Pretty impossible! We did the best we could, and she did surprisingly well. It looked like Christmas around here because she was showered with tons of new toys. By the end of the week, she had figured out how to scoot on her bottom to get where she needed to go. It was pretty cute!
