Playing Outside

Lila got a sandbox/waterpit for her birthday from her Nana and Grandpa (Andrew's parents). We tried it out this weekend, and she loved it (of course)!

"Saddlebags" never looked so good!! Only a Mom and Dad could eat this sugar up!!

I can't get enough water! Yum, yum! Lila has been signing "More" for a few months now, but she goes a little overboard with it...using it with everything!! She also signs, "Eat","All Done", "Drink","Please", and "Thank You!" She's now saying, "Dog", "Airplane","Apple","Bye","Hi", "Mama","Dada","Shoe","Sock","Dandad (Granddad)", "Nana", "Truck"...the list goes on...

Andrew's mom was going through the attic and found a box of Andrew's "momentos". Andrew brought the box home, and we went through it. We found lots of fun things, but the best was a favorite toy of Andrew's when he was little. It's a big plastic apple that is weighted and chimes. He called it, "Happy Apple." We've introduced it to Lila, and she loves it! We taught her to say, "Apple", so she says it everytime she sees it! She's a pretty fun little girl!
